*Courtney E. Ward, Chief, Office of Tobacco Prevention & Cessation Programs, Bureau of Tobacco & Chronic Disease and Benjamin Palmer, Tobacco Programs Communications Mgr. Bureau of Tobacco & Chronic Disease, both work for the Arizona Dept. of Health Services. Both are major players statewide in promoting no smoking programs in Arizona. They will discuss their new campaign called Project Quit and ASHline and other resources available to assist you in saving your own life by STOP SMOKING. The show will also recommend strategies to assist you in developing a New Year’s resolution to achieve the goal of being smoke free in 2014. As the host of this show I stopped smoking cold turkey in 1978, after smoking THREE PACKS A DAY. You can do this and this program will assist you.
